Start Chandler dancing, Matthew Perry’s Malibu pad is beach goals.
Real estate markets all around the world are attempting to navigate the strange pandemic waters of 2020. Friends star Matthew Perry, who plays the strange, sarcastic Chandler in the greatest sitcom series to date is selling his beach pad for a hefty price.
Perry’s Malibu home is roughly 5,500-square-feet and is nestled on one of the most prestigious Malibu streets. Perry’s home is being sold by hot shot real estate agent Josh Flagg who featured on the reality television series: Million Dollar Listings California. Perry purchased the absurd beach pad back in 2011 for USD $12m.
The abundance of natural light, large living areas and sweeping views of the ocean make Perry’s pad a dream. Wooden floors and exposed ceiling beams keep the home’s beachside roots firmly in check, while eloquent and contemporary design ensure a buyer is purchasing both quantity and quality.
The best of the house resides in Perry’s master-bedroom. Waking up here would be a dream come true for anyone game enough to spend the money. The house boasts a screening room, seating ten people and a courtyard with a spa and wooden decking.
